The Cincinnati Riverwalk (or Ohio River Trail), at Smale Riverfront Park stretches 4 miles, from Cincinnati into Kentucky, and offers a spectacular view of the Cincinnati skyline. The Newport Southbank Bridge — popularly known as the Purple People Bridge — is a pedestrian-only bridge that connects Newport, Ky. to downtown Cincinnati and to trails, entertainment, arts, music, food, shopping and sports. The Purple People Bridge is the longest connector of its kind in the country that links two states, and it’s still just a 10 minute walk from one side to the other!
